First off, I don’t want to sound like a man, narrating folklore rather the intention of writing this piece is to somehow express the connectivity that I, along with millions of other Pakistanis, feel with the game of Cricket. The conflicting religious ideologies, geographical asymmetry, socio-cultural differences, entangling alliances and the rivalry on several fronts; Indo-Pak relations have always been characterized by hostility and tension.
